Peter Cullen (lahir tahun 1944 di Montreal, Kanada) adalah seorang aktor pengisi suara film animasi. Ia banyak dikenal orang semenjak memerankan Optimus Prime dan Ironhide dalam serial orisinil The Transformers. Ia juga berperan sebagai narator dalam serial Voltron.
